Laceflair UPA Clip delivery process

Laceflair does not stock hair. Each UPA Clip is specially/custom made to your specifications. Once you place your order we have your hair delivered by courier from our hair vendors. Therefore it takes 5 - 10 business days (depending on color and hair availability) for us to get your UPA Clip in the mail to you.

We do accept express orders for that special occasion; please contact us by email or telephone to make these arrangements.

Laceflair return policy

Because of the way the UPA Clip fastens around your natural hair, for health and sanitary reasons we do not resale a UPA Clip that has been returned. Therefore we accept returns only if we are not able to match your hair color to your mailed in hair sample. This will not be likely because if we cannot match your hair color (unlikely) we will let you know and issue a full refund.

We feel comfortable with our policies and look forward to creating your custom UPA Clip.

Custom Orders

Actually, all UPA Clips are custom made. Your UPA Clip is made based on the information that you provide us when you pay and check out. However, if you have hair texture that you do not see on our website, you can purchase the hair send it to us or have the vendor send it to us and we will use your hair to create your UPA Clip. Fee for this service is $35.00

Do you have hair that you know matches your hair perfectly? Just send it to us and we will use your hair and create your UPA Clip. Fee for this service is $35.00

Do you have a hair barrette that you would like for us to use to create your UPA Clip? Just send us the barrette and we will create your UPA Clip using your personal barrette. (Note: Your barrette will not be interchangeable with our barrettes). Fee for this service is $5.00

Blonde Hair Colors

We specialize in matching blonde hair colors

Because most blondes come that way by bleaching their hair, unless you purchase Remy hair, the hair that we purchase from our hair distributors is also bleached. Due to this fact, blonde hair colors vary from one manufactuer to another. Therefore we prefer that you send us a small swatch of your hair or a piece of a hair extension that matches your hair. With your hair swatch we can match your hair to your custom UPA Clip perfectly for you.

There is no extra charge if your hair color is one of the standard blonde color combinations. Standard blonde hair colors mixes are 27/613, 18/22, 14/22. If your hair color mix falls outside of these color combinations, because we must purchase each hair color separately and custom mix them, there will be and additional charge.

When you are ready to purchase, in the color selection drop-down list, please make the selection "Sending hair sample". Then simply make your purchase and mail your hair swatch to the address provided. If you are sending extension that you want returned, please make a note of that in the section that request additional information when you check out.

If we determine that there will be an additional charge to create your custom UPA Clip we will contact you for further instructions. We will be happy to invoice you for any additional charges or refund your money if you do not want to proceed.
