Each UPA Clip is custom made to your specifications.  Therefore,  it takes 7 - 14 business days (depending on color and hair availability) for us to get your UPA Clip in the mail to you.

Because the hair extensions attach to your natural hair, for sanitation reason we are not able to accept returned hair products.
